Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love our clothing, so if you're not completely delighted, simply request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Your merchandise must be unused, tagged, and in the same condition that you received it.
1) Your return shipping is free when you select store credit for the value of your return. (U.S. orders only)
2) Get a pre-paid label for a flat rate of $12.95, and we'll just deduct that amount from your refund. (U.S. orders only)
3) Use your own postage and get a full refund. *We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
4) Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or store credit.
Refunds will be processed once we've received your package – usually within 7-10 business days of receipt.
*Sorry, sale and discount items are only eligible for credit toward future purchases online.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns without a return authorization number (RA#). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Need to exchange an item? No problem. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. Simply return items that you want to exchange and a refund will be applied when we receive the items. Then place a new order for the correct item.
We love a deal as much as you do! If you purchase a full-priced item that gets marked down within 7 days of your order, we’ll happily issue a store credit for the difference.
