We want you to love our clothing, so if you're not completely delighted, simply request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unused, tagged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Start your return here and select one of the following options:
1) Get free return shipping and a store credit for the value of your return.
2) Get a pre-paid label for a flat $10, and we'll just deduct that amount from your refund - no matter how much you return.
3) Use your own postage and get a full refund.*
Refunds will be processed once we've received your package – usually within 7-10 business days of receipt.
*Sorry, sale items are only eligible for Store Credit.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns without a return authorization number (RA#). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Free returns is for US orders only.
Price Adjustments & Exchanges
We love a deal as much as you do! If you purchase a full-priced item that gets marked down within 7 days of your order, we’ll happily issue a store credit for the difference.
Need to exchange an item? No problem. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. Simply return items that you want to exchange and a refund will be applied when we receive the items. Then place a new order for the correct item.
